Tate Modern’s newly expanded building will open to the public on Friday, June 17. With approximately sixty-percent more exhibition space, the institution has retooled its focus and aims to place a greater emphasis on international art. When the revamped museum opens, seventy-five-perfect of the works acquired since 2000 will be on view and artists from over 300 countries will be represented.
